Retailers must meet the following criteria:

• Have a valid VAT/business registration number
• Retail through an established Skateshop or similar business with related products
• Have scheduled weekly opening hours
• Provide great service on products and handle claims within a reasonable deadline
• Respect the product and manufacturer
