Shipping & payment

Shipping
Orders are shipped with GLS or freight forwarder. If order and payment are both received by 10:00am on a working day and the order is with stock items only, then the order is shipped out no later than the next working day.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery country. Usually it is a fixed price for each shipping box (up to 25 kg each).
Free shipping is provided for orders of a minimum amount of 2000 EUR. *This may vary depending on the country of delivery. Contact us for a quote.

Payment
There are 3 payment options available:
1) Credit card payment. This way, there will not be any delays in the order processing.
2) Paypal. A payment fee of 3% will be applied with this option.
3) Prepayment with Bank wire Transfer. This way, the order is not processed until payment is received.
